New S and smaller SSW arrive in the region on Monday, but the S has a touch of SSE in it and so will not likely get into Santa Cruz. SSE swells only hit in a a few locations in Central Cal which will receive up to head high sets; if you know where to look. Santa Cruz will mainly only see the SSW swell with up to waist high; occasional chest high sets. These swells will maintain some small action in the water through the week. The next larger SSW arrives in the region with waist to head high surf on Thursday.
