Santa Cruz local Nat Young continues to impress in the Vans Triple Crown. With a 4th place finish in the Reef Hawaiian Pro, and looking very solid in the Vans World Cup at Sunset Beach. Results from his last heat round 2 heat 8. Lots of luck to Nat in round 3, and the rest of of the competitors. Maybe Nat can break the cycle of regular footers winning the Billabong Pipe Masters?
Surf for Wednesday is looking to be 4-6′ with Thursday and Friday looking to be the biggest at 10-15′ Hopefully they can manage to take advantage of Thursday and Fridays conditions.

Big Congrats to Nat Young, a Santa Cruz local and current ASP world tour competitor. He managed to work through some very tough heats, and just destroyed the semi’s with the highest scoring wave of the competition, a 17.77 2 reverse airs on a nice little left.
The Reef Hawaiian Pro startes today. Surf looks to be very small, but they do have a live feed
