Muir Beach – South Ocean Beach Webcam

Muir Beach is North of the Golden Gate Bridge on Hwy 1 about 20 minutes from Marin. There are no lifeguards and can have strong currents, so keep an eye on children and weak swimmers if they choose to go in the chilly waters. FYI – The northern end of the beach is clothing-optional and campfires are allowed on the beach but only in designated fire rings. Not a top destination for surfers but it is an option to get in the water for North Bay wave riders.
